Ingredients:

The amount of the ingredients and the list of the vegetable is is changing according to what you have available, but it is important to have a distinguished presence of the roots of parsley and celery, onions, carrots and herbs. or drum sticks bones are essential.

  • Maryland chicken (entire leg of thigh and drumstick) with the skin
  • onion, coarsely chopped
  • leek cut to rings (white part only). If there is no leek then add more onion.

  • celery roots, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • whole cloves garlic, peeled

  • sweet potato, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • zucchini, cut into halves

  • About 3 branches of celery (leaves and stalk)
  • Bunch of dill
  • A little salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Throw all the ingredients to the pot, cover all with water (about 5 cm above the ingredients) and cook for at least an hour. The house will fill with good smell 🙂
